12-Week Weight Loss Program
This structured 12-week program is designed to help you achieve sustainable weight loss through healthy eating, regular physical activity, and behavior change strategies. Participants will set realistic goals, track progress, and receive guidance on portion control, meal planning, and fitness routines. The focus is on creating long-term habits that improve overall health, increase energy, and boost confidence.
Nutrition Program
Our Nutrition Program provides practical education and tools to help you make informed food choices and develop a balanced, healthy diet. Participants learn about meal planning, portion control, reading labels, and fueling the body for energy and wellness. The program emphasizes small, sustainable changes that fit individual lifestyles, making it easier to maintain healthy eating habits over time.
Running/Walking Club
Meet in a group to walk or run together to improve your health and fitness. It may be done in person or on your own, allowing members to participate from different locations. The club encourages motivation, friendship, and staying active as a community. Check email after sign up for further details.
