The YMCA 20 Pound Challenge helps you lose 20 pounds in 2 months through guided workouts,  nutrition tips, and accountability. Stay motivated, track your progress, and build healthy habits that last. The challenge runs from January 4 to March 1 — participants have this time to lose 20 pounds. T-shirts will be distributed two weeks after the challenge start date.
