Our 7th and 8th grade weight room orientation provides a comprehensive introduction to selectorized and cardio equipment, ensuring a safe and effective fitness experience. During this program, students will learn how to properly operate and adjust the selectorized machines to suit their individual needs. They will also receive instruction on the correct usage and benefits of various cardio equipment, emphasizing the importance of cardiovascular fitness. While free weights and cable machines are not permitted until 9th grade, this orientation lays the foundation for future weightlifting knowledge and fosters a positive attitude towards exercise and fitness.
