This program embodies discipline, focused energy, and foundational skills to develop children for life! This philosophy already aligns with the core values of our current programming, but will add some exciting new things such as Level Up Ceremonies, Ninja Games, and much more! We are super excited to implement these changes at Nishna Valley Family YMCA. NinjaZone classes are perfect for kids of all ages and skill abilities, from 3-13 years old. NinjaZone combines the coordination from gymnastics, the strength and agility from obstacle training, and the creativity from freestyle movement. Ninjas will begin and end their classes discussing the NinjaZone Creed – a set of values that kids learn, practice, and live by. NinjaZone classes will also incorporate different stations that will allow them to focus their bodies and attention on mastering foundational-level skills upon which they will build throughout their ninja career. Ninjas will be “leveled up” in a Mission Ceremony, a truly exciting event that will allow us to celebrate their big and small victories together. NinjaZone’s level system is represented by the official NinjaZone uniform, which has become an iconic representation of the program. This official uniform will help kids understand the importance of community, teamwork, and self-responsibility.
